Litigation Recovery Services is an established, forward-thinking firm of Law Costs, Draftsmen, and Negotiators. Established in 2006, we are based in Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan, although our client portfolio covers England, Scotland and Wales.

We have a vastly experienced team, including law costs experts, whose legal knowledge and negotiating talents are being successfully applied to address the problems placed on claims departments by Claimant Solicitor’s Costs Claims.

£28,000 Saving on a complex claim

This was a very complex Disrepair matter with a Personal Injury element which was concluded at trial following a 4 year conduct period.

A Bill was submitted for £68,000 and was successfully negotiated down to £40,000, saving our client over 41%

95% reduction on the Bill of Costs

The Claimant Solicitors sought to recover Standard Costs in excess of £10,000 on a matter which we argued fell within the Small Claims limit.

We maintained our stance and some several months later the Claimant Solicitors eventually conceded, resulting in a saving for our client of over £9,500.

Result following initial assessment, negotiation and advice to maintain stance and pursue to PA.
